I wish I could give them a thousand stars excellent customer service. My daughter car starter went out across the street from the shop I went in explained the situation and the came right over tools in hand to help. The got the car over to the shop I left and went and got the part by time I got back the car was in the air old starter out on the ground. They were totally heaven sent. And repaired the car back running. Thank you guys so much I pray you all be blessed and highly favored because you all blessed us with your impeccable service. A million thank you.....

Just figured I’d share my experience with Outlawed. I will say the first time I brought my truck to their shop I had no complaints. I got a re torque done on my lift kit that was dealer installed and an alignment. They were able to get the alignment straightened out and was pleased with the outcome. My next visit was for a complaint of a popping or clunking noise from the drivers side front of the truck along with a vibration when letting off the throttle at 65-70mph or above. They determined that the pitman arm nut was dangerously loose and needed to be replaced which I had them do. Picked the truck up and the clunk was still there. Unfortunately I work out of town and don’t have the time to take the truck back and express my concerns of the noise still being there. The truck was never test driven while at the shop and they just assumed the issue was fixed with the pitman arm nut. I day or so later I crawled under the truck myself and immediately could tell the track bar joints were wore out as I could rock the bar back and forth and imitate the noise from under the truck, not to mention the rubber boot was visibly torn and damaged which should have been pretty obvious while they

Brought my fiancé’s Jeep in because we had heard good things on Facebook. It’s super close by the house so we figured we would give Them a shot. Wish I could say our experience was good $1400 later we still had the same problem ended up having to take it to the local dealer all is right now but we paid twice for repairs. Can’t say I would recommend.

Had a spacer lift leveling kit installed on my 2025 F-150 and couldn’t be happier. The work, pricing, ease of doing business, and overall friendliness were all top-notch. I even priced oil changes while I was there and will definitely be coming back for those as well. This was my first visit and I didn’t know anyone beforehand, but they’ve earned my business going forward for anything truck-related

John and his team are super friendly and easy to do business with. I took my 2011 Jeep to them for rims, bumpers and side rails. Not only did they do an incredible job, they did a full inspection and found a few maintenance items the dealership missed just a few weeks before. Needless to say, I highly recommend!
